Hattie and Roxy
"It is so nice having our weekly lessons with Claire. We have recently tried some raised canter poles which Roxy thoroughly enjoyed. Poles are something that, at the start, Roxy could only cope with two or three in trot as she wasn't strong enough for any more. Claire has always been so patient and had such an encouraging approach, treating my horse's individual quirky needs as opposed to a ‘text book’ horse.

"Claire has helped me immensely over the past 10 years, from lessons on her ponies as a child to equine based learning, giving me confidence and helping me grow with my own ponies. She has taught me patience, problem solving and the right way to help the pony. My journey is ongoing and I discover something new in every lesson with Claire. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for her which I will always be eternally grateful. My ponies haven't been the easiest but she always takes her time with me, which is what we need. "I am not lucky enough to have my own horse, but I am able to learn how to look after horses and how to ride by spending time with Claire and Cracker, one of her horses. Cracker can be very cheeky, but is always very kind to me, and enjoys a Polo at the end of our sessions! I would recommend Claire if anyone wants to learn about owning a horse before they get one themselves."
